Ownership of the Hospital
St Mary’s Joint Hospital is owned by three parties:
Amaigbo Community as successor to the Amaigbo National Assembly
Imo State Government as successor to the then Eastern Government of Nigeria.
Roman Catholic Mission represented by the Catholic Diocese of Orlu. This is a successor Diocese of the then Onitsha Diocese, under Bishop Charles Heerey. This responsibility is discharged by the Holy Rosary Sisters.
